Trust Teddy provides technology designed to facilitate gifting and related interactions between users.

Certain Trust Teddy services may involve communications, notifications, third-party merchants, payment providers, shipping or fulfillment providers, telecommunications providers, and other service providers.

Features and functionality may change as Trust Teddy develops and improves its services.

Nothing in these Terms requires Trust Teddy to publicly disclose the proprietary technology, processes, systems, methods, algorithms, workflows, integrations, or other confidential business methods used to provide its services.

When using Trust Teddy, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when requested;
• Use Trust Teddy only for lawful purposes;
• Provide only contact information that you are authorized to provide;
• Respect the privacy and rights of other individuals;
• Not impersonate another person or entity;
• Not interfere with the security or operation of Trust Teddy;
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Trust Teddy systems, accounts, data, or technology; and
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for the information you submit through Trust Teddy and for your use of the service.

Participation in Trust Teddy interactions is voluntary.

A recipient may be provided with options regarding whether to participate in a Trust Teddy interaction.

Trust Teddy does not guarantee that a recipient will participate, respond, accept, or complete any requested action.

Your use of Trust Teddy is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how Trust Teddy collects, uses, protects, and handles information.

Trust Teddy is committed to protecting personal information and limiting its use to legitimate purposes associated with providing and supporting Trust Teddy services.

The Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with these Terms.

Mobile information may be provided to vendors, telecommunications providers, and other service providers when necessary to operate, support, secure, or deliver Trust Teddy's messaging services. SMS consent cannot be transferred to another business for that business's independent marketing purposes.

When you provide contact information to Trust Teddy, you agree that Trust Teddy may use that information to provide communications reasonably necessary to operate or support services you request, subject to applicable consent requirements.

Where applicable law requires separate consent for a particular type of communication, Trust Teddy will seek that consent separately.

Trust Teddy does not control the independent actions, policies, availability, products, services, or systems of third parties.

Your use of a third-party service may therefore also be subject to that third party's terms and policies.

Products or services made available in connection with Trust Teddy may be offered, sold, processed, shipped, or fulfilled by third parties.

Where another business is the seller or merchant of record, that business remains responsible for its products, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties, and other merchant obligations unless expressly stated otherwise.

Trust Teddy does not guarantee the availability, quality, condition, delivery date, or suitability of products or services supplied by independent third parties.

Trust Teddy and its associated technology, branding, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, designs, content, interfaces, documentation, processes, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Teddy Tech Inc., except where otherwise stated.

Trust Teddy branding and related names, logos, and designs may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without authorization.

Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership of or rights to Trust Teddy's underlying technology, systems, methods, intellectual property, or proprietary information.

You may not use Trust Teddy to:

• Commit or facilitate fraud;
• Harass, threaten, deceive, or impersonate another person;
• Violate another person's privacy;
• Submit information you are not authorized to provide;
• Distribute malicious software or harmful code;
• Circumvent security protections;
• Attempt unauthorized access to Trust Teddy systems;
• Reverse engineer Trust Teddy technology except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• Scrape or automatically extract Trust Teddy information without authorization;
• Interfere with Trust Teddy's operation; or
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Trust Teddy may restrict or terminate access where it reasonably believes the service is being misused.

Trust Teddy uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information and its services.

However, no internet-based service, electronic communication, or information-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for taking reasonable precautions when accessing online services and protecting their own devices, accounts, and credentials.

Trust Teddy may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue portions of its services at any time.

Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, third-party service interruptions, telecommunications issues, security concerns, circumstances beyond Trust Teddy's reasonable control, or other operational reasons.

Trust Teddy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trust Teddy services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Trust Teddy does not warrant that its services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or compatible with every third-party service, merchant, carrier, device, or platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teddy Tech Inc., Trust Teddy, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon Trust Teddy services.

Trust Teddy is not responsible for losses caused solely by independent third parties, wireless carriers, merchants, payment providers, shipping providers, telecommunications providers, internet outages, or other circumstances outside Trust Teddy's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teddy Tech Inc., Trust Teddy, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of Trust Teddy, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Trust Teddy may suspend or terminate access to its services when reasonably necessary because of:

• Violation of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity;
• Security concerns;
• Abuse or misuse of the service;
• Legal or regulatory requirements; or
• Conduct that may harm Trust Teddy, its users, service providers, or third parties.

You may stop using Trust Teddy at any time.

SMS participation may be separately discontinued at any time by replying STOP.

Trust Teddy may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in its services, business practices, technology, legal requirements, or regulatory obligations.

When these Terms are updated, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.

Material changes may also be communicated through additional methods when required by applicable law.

Your continued use of Trust Teddy after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Trust Teddy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the Trust Teddy Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for a particular Trust Teddy service, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Trust Teddy regarding your use of those services.
